Monday:   Beef barley soup with grilled cheese & salad

Tuesday:  Maple-glazed Salmon with quinoa and zucchini

Wednesday:  Red beans with coconut rice and cucumber salad

Thursday:  Tortellini with cream sauce and carrot salad

Friday:  Meatloaf with baked potatoes

Saturday:  undecided

Sunday: out
