Meal Plan for week of March 7th

Monday:  Baked Macaroni & Cheese with honey-glazed carrots
(Skating & Beavers)

Tuesday:  Pancakes with fruit salad
(Library & Shrove Tuesday)

Wednesday: Burgers on a bun with veggies and dip

Thursday:  Slow-cooker Pork Loin with maple baked beans.
(Swimming)

Friday:  Garlic-butter shrimp with risotto and salad

Saturday:  Steak and Potatoes with peas

Sunday: Turkey pot pie with salad

Extras:  Chocolate chip cookies & Buttermilk Banana bread

This is the goal for this week.  It's going to be a busy week, but we're really going to try to stay on track.  Fingers crossed.
