Raspberry Pie

  1. I'm a sucker for anything with raspberries. The pie looks amazing and I love your photos in sequence. Wondering how much sugar you use in the filling mixture.

  3. I used a recipe from "Joy of Cooking" and it called for 3/4 cup of sugar, but I think 1 cup would have been nice because the berries were pretty tart. Hubs and the kids didn't notice, though. I can post the whole recipe if you need it. Let me know. Cheers!
